Capturing the warmth and Love

The first week of December I feel the sense of change around the world for a month . The air changes to a calming breath of fresh air, people's mood changes to a more happier spirit . There is more helping hands in this giving season. Homes change to a light show and more people coming and going , Families come together and pick out a tree, then having the fun of bringing their tree home and bring it to life with their memories. There are more moments to be with one and another doing things where everyone is less on their phones and being together, Laughing. As the month goes one, I love seeing people shopping for their loved one in mind. A grandma picking out the perfect gift for her grandchild's first Christmas. Families creating a snowman's from the fresh snow from the night before snow storm. The best part is the unexpected in my opinion that brings a smile to my face. I can recall one moment from the holiday seasons before. Getting last minute fixings for a family dinner but no one want to stand in line forever. Before even getting through the parking lot, our family started a impromptu to snowball fight then random people joined it, just so many laughs in a short period of time. Every time I see snow in a parking lot of a grocery store, I smile because what a special that was and still is my favorite. One tradition I enjoy doing every year is picking out someone's new Christmas ornament in the family and it's the first gift that kicks off the Christmas spirit for me. I enjoy handpicking each ornament specifically for each individual ; either about a favorite memory we share together or an ornament that represents their best achievement of the year

When one loses another

I tend to find it harder than most to lose people in my life, this year alone, its too many to count. That the tears just stop coming I don't think I can handle one more tear for the rest of the year. From the young to old it's still the most heartbreaking thing to understand and go through. Losing a best friend younger than me had so much ahead of him and losing another father figure in life that was a stubborn warrior that served his country well .Then the unexpected happens when you least expected to happen as the saying goes . I have had dreams about those individuals I hold dear to my heart, before knowing they have passed on. I like to think it's their secret message to me and each one has an animal in it. When I see these animals cross my pass in days I need them the most. I think of them with a smile and tell them a secret or two. Looking into these creatures eyes, they let me finish talking to them and stay for a moment or two longer looking back at me then moving on, I feel lighter every-time.

The person that I lost a few days ago was and is the type of man that would always fight with everything he got .And he gave his opinions always, share his amazing stories from his very adventurous life as an amazing man and one strong Marine. He was Aviator during the Vietnam and was shot down then held as a prisoner of war over a month before escaping. He was the man to go to for any question you need an answer for because he probably had a similar situation and share what he learned. And the most caring man , that would always lead a helping hand or the shirt off of his back. In day's later I am still in shock and I can't find the exact words to describe the man who leaves quite a legacy and too many people behind wishing he was still around .

A little Autumn vibes update

Being constantly under construction has been a struggle to make deadline on editing and on a writing new pieces. But I promise you they are coming fast as I can, Two edit sessions away from editing The first San Francisco trip. Please be patient with me. My writing hands are itching to finish a few pieces that will touch your heart. And far as the Print shop on here , It will be open to you guys by the end of October hopefully. You can still get my other products on Zazzle, I will be adding more items over the next two weeks! More Blog posts coming, new items, new stories all coming , possibility my best work yet!
